Les Amis de Kantchari is an NGO that has been promoting education in Burkina Faso for over 15 years. The aim is to give as many children and young people as possible the chance to get a school education. Under strict transparency and with optimal use of resources, the organization has been conducting educational projects in Kantchari (Burkina Faso) for more than 15 years. Today, more than 4,000 children attend school in the school classes built by the association. Les Amis de Kantchari are recognized as an NGO (Non Governmental Organisation) by the State of Burkina Faso. Currently, donations are being collected for a school that is scheduled to open in 2026.
In close coordination with the initiator August Gruber, our team of Guidance has worked to improve the online presence. The focus was on translating the website into German and implementing a modern design. With the help of this new website and a well-developed market entry concept, donors in German-speaking countries will be reached and addressed in the future. In a further step, the Mentees actively conducted research in order to identify and address potential donor groups. The aim is to build up a long-term donor base that contributes significantly to the implementation of the projects. Finally, strategic recommendations for the NGO are derived and handed over to the client in the form of the final presentation.
