Bbanga

The NGO Bbanga works for children and women in Uganda. In a cooperation, our mentors supported the company in a joint project to sell jewellery from a women’s shelter in Uganda for a good cause in German-speaking countries. So the project was primarily about creating jobs in the developing country of Uganda.

Guidance therefore supported Bbanga primarily in the creation of educational and economic foundations in Uganda with the help of a detailed analysis of the Austrian market. Here, it was determined which products and channels are suitable for distribution. Furthermore, various marketing options in Austria were researched and analysed. Our Mentees were thus able to derive well-founded recommendations for action and present them in a detailed final presentation of the organisation.
